Now that at long last the evenings are brighter, we can take the opportunity of spending more time with our Koi. Along with more daylight hours, we tend to expect warmer days as well. There's no harm in wishing !!!!!!!
Never jump to conclusions Experienced Koi-keepers and dealers are well aware of the need to eliminate the obvious possibilities when Koi appear to die suddenly.
An ex-member of the club recently phoned to say that his Koi were showing signs of KHV and he was steadily losing them. He has bought new fish this year and although he quarantined them he has KHV in his main pond, although the new Koi were not moved from the quarantine system.
